| | The Celts were masters of knot work designs. They would interlace dogs, birds, snakes into fantastic designs. This eagle brooch is one of the more simple and realistic of the designs and one can easily see its influence in modern heraldry. This brooch is cast from lead free pewter and measures approximately 3.5" long x 1" high. The back features a solid brass joint and catch pin to ensure the brooch will stay in position.
