The prize is a Gift Certificate, to be awarded by random drawing on or about the first day of each month. The approximate value of this prize is less than $100. Prizes are not transferable. The gift certificate will be issued as a Key Code which may be used during online checkout to redeem the certificate. The certificate will expire six months fromt the date of issue. If unused, the prize will be forfeited. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer.

How to Enter

Entries may be submitted only by subscribing to our e-mail news service or by placing an order with The Tudor Shoppe (you are automatically subscribed and entered when you place an order). We deliver e-mail notices to our subscribers approximately 15 times per year. A confirmation process is required to become a subscriber of the Tudor Shoppe newsletter. Only confirmed subscribers of the Tudor Shoppe newsletter are eligible to win. Unsubscribing from the Tudor Shoppe newsletter removes the entrant's eligibility to win. In the event of bouncing e-mails, the entry may be removed by The Tudor Shoppe without notice to the entrant. It is completely free to subscribe to the Tudor Shoppe newsletter.

Eligibility

The sweepstake is only eligible to subscribers of the Tudor Shoppe newsletter who are residents of the United States or Canada, excluding Quebec and where prohibited by law, who are 18 years of age or older and not employees of the Tudor Shoppe, its suppliers, advertisers, and affiliates. Only one entry is allowed per person and is limited to one entry per household. Upon being selected in a random drawing, the prospective winner will be contacted to determine their eligibility.

Winner Selection

A contest winner is declared in a random drawing drawn by an agent of The Tudor Shoppe. The winner will be notified by email within 31 days of their name being selected randomly as a winner. Only the original recipient of that email is eligible to win. Winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability, which must be returned to The Tudor Shoppe's designated address within 31 days of the initial contact. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. The Tudor Shoppe is not responsible for late, misdirected or damaged communication of any kind including computer failure. All decisions are final. The odds of a winning depend on the number of entries received. The name of the winner shall be available by sending a written request to The Tudor Shoppe c/o Contest Winners, 9212 Leslieshire Drive, Raleigh, NC 27615. By accepting the prize, winners agree that The Tudor Shoppe, its owners, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this sweepstakes.

Entry to the contest constitutes permission to post winners’ names and hometown address for purposes of advertising without further compensation by The Tudor Shoppe. By entering your e-mail address, you have agreed to receive information by mail or email from The Tudor Shoppe, according to The Tudor Shoppe's privacy policy which can be viewed at http://www.tudorshoppe.com/privacy.shtml. The Tudor Shoppe reserves the right to suspend or cancel this contest without notice to contest entrants and is not responsible to select a winner on any given day in the event of technical or equipment failures such as telephone network lines failing, computer online systems failing, servers and/or provider services go down, or human error in connection with the sweepstakes, etc. The Tudor Shoppe may disqualify or prohibit entrants from participating in the sweepstakes for any reason at The Tudor Shoppe's discretion and without notice.
